Bringing the studio to your home is one of my favorite ways to photograph newborns—it's cozy, personal, and perfect for those early days with a new baby. This recent session with baby Jalen was such a sweet one. At just 8 days old, Jalen was already stealing hearts… especially in that tiny Eagles jacket his parents had ready for him. As proud Philadelphia Eagles fans, mom and dad made sure to include a special photo that’s already a family favorite.
For this session, we did one of my most popular options: a Home Studio Newborn Session. I bring a mini version of my studio right to your home—complete with backdrops, lighting, and wraps—so you can get beautiful, posed newborn portraits without leaving the house. We also take time for lifestyle-style images of the whole family, snuggled up in their natural environment. It’s such a relaxed, meaningful way to document this once-in-a-lifetime season.
Jalen’s parents were absolutely amazing. You’d never guess they were just a week into parenthood—they were calm, loving, and already so in tune with their little one. Watching them with Jalen was such a joy to capture.
