Quick & Easy Theater Headshots | East Cobb Headshot Photographer

One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is getting to work with kids and teens who are stepping into new experiences—like this middle schooler, who needed updated headshots for upcoming theater auditions. We kept things simple, polished, and professional during this quick session in my East Cobb studio.

Headshot sessions are short and efficient—usually about 10 minutes—but we’re still able to capture a variety of looks. I always recommend that clients bring a second shirt or jacket, so we can change things up and give them a few options for different audition submissions or portfolio needs. For this session, we chose two clean, classic backdrop colors that helped keep the focus on expression and personality.

My studio is designed to make kids feel comfortable and confident, even if they’re new to being in front of the camera. I offer multiple backdrop colors so we can tailor the session to fit each client’s goals—whether they’re auditioning for school theater, applying to arts programs, or simply need a great headshot for an upcoming project.
